Artichoke Parmesan Dip

Artichoke Parmesan Dip

(Can easily be doubled)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

1 can artichoke hearts or bottoms, cut into pieces

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Dash garlic powder


Mix everything except paprika in a mixing bowl.

Pour into small baking dish. Sprinkle paprika over the top.

Bake 15-20 minutes until golden and brown.

Remove and serve with crackers or pita chips!
